Returns & Order Amendment Policy
Customers have the right to cancel or amend their order at any time before dispatch by contacting our customer service team. Once an order has been dispatched, customers may still request a cancellation or return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging and components. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
If an order is delayed, lost, or misrouted due to carrier error or unforeseen circumstances, we will take all reasonable steps to locate or replace the order at no additional cost to the customer. However, we cannot be held liable for any supplementary costs incurred by the customer as a result of such delays or delivery issues (including, but not limited to, loss of income, missed events, or replacement purchases).
Customers are encouraged to contact us promptly with any delivery concerns so we can assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
